Competition Terms & Conditions

Promoter

  1. The competition is organised and administered by Story9 Ltd, Tradestars Southwark, Copperfield Street, London, SE1 0EA (“the Promoter”), acting on behalf of Singapore Airlines (“the Prize Provider”).

Eligibility

  1. Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
  2. Employees of the Promoter, the Prize Provider, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the competition are excluded from entry.

How to Enter

  1. To enter, participants must complete and submit the online competition entry form during the promotional period.
  2. Entry is free of charge and no purchase is necessary.
  3. Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
  4. The competition closes at 23:59 on 4 October 2026 (“Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be considered.

Winner Selection and Notification

  1. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the Closing Date.
  2. The draw will take place within 30 days of the Closing Date.
  3. The winner will be notified by email (or telephone if provided) within 30 days of the draw.
  4. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 14 days of notification, or fails to meet the eligibility requirements, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

The Prize

  1. One winner will receive two Economy Class confirmed return tickets with Singapore Airlines, departing from Manchester Airport, to the winner’s choice of an eligible Singapore Airlines destination in Australia or Southeast Asia. A stop in Singapore in one direction is permitted.
  2. All Government taxes and charges relating to the prize flights are included.
  3. The prize is subject to the additional Singapore Airlines Prize Terms & Conditions set out below.

Data Protection

  1. Personal data collected by the Promoter in connection with this competition will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
  2. By entering, participants consent to their personal data being collected by the Promoter and shared with the Prize Provider (Singapore Airlines) where necessary for the purpose of administering the competition, awarding the prize and fulfilling any related obligations.
  3. Personal data will not be used for marketing purposes unless the entrant has explicitly opted in to receive such communications.

General

  1. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, incomplete, illegible, corrupted or delayed, regardless of cause.
  2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
  4. The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the competition is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
  5. The competition and these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Prize Terms & Conditions – Provided by Singapore Airlines

  1. The prize provider is Singapore Airlines, Chiswick Park, Building 4, 566 Chiswick High Road, London, W4 5YE (“the Prize Provider”).
  2. The prize consists of two Economy Class confirmed return tickets flying with Singapore Airlines from Manchester (MAN) to a choice of eligible Singapore Airlines destinations across Australia or Southeast Asia. A stop in Singapore in one direction is permitted.
  3. The prize flights are valid on Singapore Airlines-operated flights only and exclude partner airlines.
  4. Tickets are valid for travel until 30 September 2027, and all travel must be completed by this date. Tickets must be booked and issued by 31 July 2027. No extensions are permitted. Early booking is encouraged as availability may be limited.
  5. The prize is subject to availability. The prize tickets are not valid for travel during the following blackout periods: 12–24 December 2026, 25 March–15 April 2027 and 1–15 August 2027.
  6. The tickets are valid for travel in the specified Economy Class cabin only and may not be upgraded to another cabin.
  7. All Government taxes and charges relating to the prize flights are included.
  8. Travel will be subject to the Prize Provider’s standard terms and conditions of carriage.
  9. The prize does not include transport to or from the airport or accommodation. The winner will be responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from Manchester Airport and any accommodation required.
  10. Travel insurance is not provided but is mandatory for travel. The winner is responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport, all necessary travel documents and visas, and appropriate travel insurance prior to travel.
  11. The winner may be asked to document their trip through video and photographs and submit this content to Singapore Airlines within 15 days of their return. Singapore Airlines may edit and use this content as part of further social media activity. No payment will be made for use of the content and the winner will not necessarily be involved in the editing process. The winner retains the right to decline to do this.
  12. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable. No part of the prize can be booked separately.
  13. Flights are subject to availability and may be changed or cancelled by the airline for administrative reasons without prior notice.
  14. Once ticketed, flights cannot be changed. The prize will be forfeited if it is not taken, and the tickets cannot be transferred to another party.
  15. Frequent flyer miles cannot be accrued or redeemed in connection with the prize tickets. No upgrades can be purchased in conjunction with the prize and the destination cannot be changed once ticketed.
  16. Insofar as permitted by law, the Prize Provider, its agents or distributors will not be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize, except where caused by the negligence of the Prize Provider, its agents, distributors or employees. Statutory rights are not affected.
  17. The Prize Provider reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of the prize without notice in the event of circumstances outside of its control, including a major catastrophe, war, earthquake or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of applicable law or regulation.
  18. Entrants’ personal information provided to Singapore Airlines in connection with the competition will be handled in accordance with Singapore Airlines’ Privacy Policy.
